VANRATH is delighted to be recruiting for an Purchase Clerk in Armagh. My client is a global commercial business priding themselves on providing excellent service to its customers. The successful candidate will report to the finance director.

About you


The ideal candidate should have at least 1 years experience in an Accounts or Finance role or has previously worked in a similar position.

  • At least 1 years relevant experience in a similar AP role
  • Educated with minimum of Grade A*-C English and Maths
  • Attention to detail essential
  • Ability to prioritise, attention to detail and accuracy whilst meeting deadlines
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Previous experience with accounting softwares



What you'll do
As a purchase ledger clerk you will:

  • Ability to process credit notes and invoices in accordance with company procedures
  • Complete multicurrency supplier payment runs
  • Complete multicurrency bank reconciliations
  • Helping with supplier queries
  • Reconcile statements for the suppliers
  • Dealing with suppliers and providing help with queries
