VANRATH are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of our client, a rapidly expanding property company, for two Property Manager positions based in Belfast. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and growing team at an exciting stage of development, following a recent acquisition.
Salary & Benefits:
- 30,000 - 35,000 base salary + Bonus
- Performance-based incentives
- Full-time hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm
- Flexible working arrangements available after probation

About You:
- At least 1 year of experience in property management, lettings, or property sales
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Resilient and proactive problem-solver
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Professional and respectful demeanour
- Full UK driving licence
What You'll Do:
- Manage a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring excellent service for landlords and tenants
- Oversee the entire management process from move-in to move-out
- Handle maintenance requests promptly, liaising with contractors to resolve issues efficiently
- Cultivate positive relationships through clear and professional communication
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with legislation and company policies
- Achieve key performance targets to drive results
