Job description

VANRATH are delighted to be supporting the recruitment of a leading public sector body who are actively seeking a number of training professionals at short notice to join their team on an initial interim contract. My client is particularly interested in chatting with candidates from a Social Care and General Nursing background.

This is an immediate requirement by my client. Urgent start date required.

About your next employer

Reporting to the Senior Project Manager you would be responsible for supporting the implementation of the new ERP system along with delivering training to groups of new users. This is an extensive training role out which requires and 8 week intense training period before you begin delivering training to end users.

About you

• Hold a degree or relevant professional qualification
• Experience working in a training environment or similar
• Fantastic presentation skills
• Strong communicator
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel packages

What you'll do

• Support the implementation of a new system
• Teach new software programmes to end users
• Assist with the development of new training materials and course content
• Work closely with Training Managers on course content
• Assess and update training records
• Administer end user proficiency assessment
