About you:

  • A BSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent construction qualification with a minimum of 5 years' experience, or 7 years' experience working as a Quantity Surveyor
  • Fully CSR Level Black Card
  • Strong knowledge of construction and engineering processes and contracts
  • Proficient in industry-standard software such as COINS, REDSKY, or similar
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and coordinate teams

What you'll do:

  • Lead the commercial management of projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet time, budget, and quality targets
  • Manage contracts (NEC, JCT, bespoke) and oversee change control processes
  • Prepare and manage cost-to-complete assessments, cash flow reports, and weekly commercial reports
  • Coordinate procurement, sub-contractor management, and invoice approvals
  • Conduct project re-measurements, variations, and final account negotiations
  • Support project handover and ensure seamless communication among stakeholder

Works are predominantly in ROI, some sites are in or around Dublin, others would be more remote and require a night away, generally you will be office based and conclude site visits once a week but essential for month end measures / final account measures.
