THE CLIENT - Project Manager
VANRATH are recruiting for a Project Manager who has experience within an InfoSec/ Data environment. The successful Project Manager will manage a global project to facilitate and embed good data governance globally within a world-class international firm. The appointed Project Manager will be responsible for liaising with senior stakeholders throughout the business to lead transformational business change in operationalising and embedding good data governance and data retention best practice.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the delivery of the project against agreed timelines
- Develop a deep understanding of the problem the team is aiming to resolve and build a project management framework to help deliver it
- Create and document a governance framework, including delivering regular progress updates to the Steering Group
THE IDEAL PERSON
- Have experience managing projects in a complex and/or international business, preferably in a technical/data environment
- Demonstrate strong people management skills in order to deliver measurable results
- Degree level education in a relevant subject, or equivalent job related experience, in one of the following areas - Information Technology, Computer Science or Risk Management;
- Be familiar with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices;
REMUNERATION
£54,000 - £63,000
