Are you looking for a Project Manager role? Interested in working for a leading fit-out contractor?

VANRATH are recruiting a Project Manager to work on fit out projects for a leading contractor based in Armagh, Northern Ireland.

Remuneration:
£55,000 - £60,000 + excellent package

Client:
Our client is a leading contractor that specialises in the fitout sector. The business have been operating for decades and specialise in creating bespoke interiors within the entertainment, luxury hospitality and prime residential sectors.

Due to continued growth, the business have an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager to join them on a permanent basis.

Overview of Responsibilities:
As Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day project tasks, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, managing project schedules and budgets, conducting inspections, and ensuring timely delivery of projects. The Project Manager will also handle logistics management and expediting.

The Ideal Person:

  • Degree qualified or other relevant qualifications
  • Experience working on fit out projects
  • Track record working as a Project Manager
  • Excellent leadership, planning and communication skills
  • Great attention to detail, commercial acumen and cost control
  • Excellent management skills
  • Good IT Skills to enable flow of information between those involved in the project, particularly Microsoft Outlook
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings
  • Able to commute to Armagh on a daily basis
  • Happy to travel to mainland UK when required (1 day per week / fortnightly)
