My client is the leading supplier of refrigeration and catering equipment worldwide, serving major food exhibitions, sporting events, and retailers around the globe. From the Formula 1 Grand Prix to Glastonbury, they offer premium quality rental solutions that help their clients entertain on every scale of event.

The Role
This comapny are looking for an experienced Project Manager to support the implementation of their global ERP system. Reporting to the Head of ERP, the successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day project management of this crucial business process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing all aspects of this complex project to ensure adherence to schedule and budget.
  • Acting as a point of escalation for any challenges that may arise.
  • Building strong relationships with team members to ensure successful implementation across our global teams.
  • Providing regular progress reports, outlining next steps and addressing challenges.
  • Managing relationships with third-party vendors and ensuring the product meets business requirements.
  • Providing updates to senior business stakeholders as necessary.
  • Driving business teams towards a common goal by defining requirements, setting milestones, and reporting progress.

Essential Skills

  • 3+ years of project management experience.
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong focus on customer service and a drive to achieve results.
  • Strong work ethic and a can-do attitude.
  • Excellent attention to detail and prioritization skills.
  • Experience in budget management.
  • Eagerness for self-development.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented approach to challenges.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Packages.
