Project Manager
Part-time | 2-3 Days per Week | 6-Month Contract | £51,000-£62,700 pro rata
Our client, is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong architectural background to join their team on a 6-month casual contract, working 2-3 days per week.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a major development programme, managing key interfaces between design teams, contractors, and end users to ensure successful project delivery.
The Role
Reporting to the client-side leadership team, the Project Manager will:
Coordinate and oversee project delivery from design through to construction.
Engage directly with end users to gather feedback and translate requirements into actionable input for design teams.
Manage and support contractor selection and procurement processes.
Ensure that design intent, programme, and budget objectives are achieved.
Maintain communication between stakeholders, providing updates, progress reports, and risk assessments.
Key Requirements
Degree-qualified in Construction, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in a client-side or design-led project management role.
Demonstrated ability to manage projects valued over £20 million.
Strong understanding of design processes, stakeholder engagement, and procurement.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently on a part-time, casual contract basis.

Type: Casual contract (via agency)
Duration: 6 months
Hours: 2-3 days per week (flexible schedule)
Salary: £51,000 - £62,700 per annum (pro rata based on days worked)
