Project Manager - Commercial Fit-Out (NI Only)

VANRATH are partnered with a long-established NI contractor who specialise in commercial fit-out delivery across Northern Ireland. With 20+ years of steady repeat business, they offer stable workload, professional environment and NI-only project delivery (no UK travel / no nights away).

The Ideal Person

* Experience managing fit-out / interiors projects (commercial / retail / education / healthcare)
* Able to coordinate multiple subcontractors and stakeholders
* Strong commercial awareness and programme control
* CSR card + Driving Licence essential
* SMSTS / First Aid desirable

Responsibilities

As Project Manager you will:

* Lead and deliver multiple NI fit-out projects from inception to handover
* Manage subcontractors, suppliers and direct labour
* Maintain project programmes and resource schedules
* Chair progress meetings and manage client communication
* Track cost, change, variations and programme with commercial team
* Ensure all projects are delivered to HSEQ standards
* Oversee quality control, snagging and final close-out

Remuneration

£45,000 - £55,000 + company car + pension + healthcare + parking + additional benefits

* NI only - no GB travel, no hotel + airport lifestyle
