About you

  • Construction-related degree or relevant higher education qualification
  • Proven experience managing construction projects, preferably within social housing or the public sector
  • Strong understanding of construction practices, health and safety standards, and compliance requirements
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Proven leadership skills to guide multidisciplinary teams
  • Relevant certifications such as CSCS or CITB are advantageous

What you'll do

  • Manage social housing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery within budget
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to meet project objectives
  • Oversee health & safety adherence on site and ensure compliance with all regulations
  • Lead and motivate project teams to achieve high standards of quality and efficiency
  • Monitor project progress and resolve issues proactively to maintain workflow
