About you
- Construction-related degree or relevant higher education qualification
- Proven experience managing construction projects, preferably within social housing or the public sector
- Strong understanding of construction practices, health and safety standards, and compliance requirements
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Proven leadership skills to guide multidisciplinary teams
- Relevant certifications such as CSCS or CITB are advantageous
What you'll do
- Manage social housing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery within budget
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to meet project objectives
- Oversee health & safety adherence on site and ensure compliance with all regulations
- Lead and motivate project teams to achieve high standards of quality and efficiency
- Monitor project progress and resolve issues proactively to maintain workflow
