VANRATH are delighted to be assisting a Major Fit Out Client with the Recruitment of a Project Manager to join their growing and dynamic team based in Portadown.
Hours - Mo-Fri-09:00-17:00
Salary - £60,000 + Depending on Experience
Responsibilities:
- To be fully aware of relevant contractual terms.
- Ensure team members are aware of contractual terms which impact on their duties.
- Ensure all aspects of the work carried out meet with contractual requirements and that the contract is delivered on time, within budget and of excellent quality
- Liaise with all internal teams as necessary to ensure the successful delivery of the contract.
- Provide direction to Design Manager, Production Manager and all teams involved in the delivery of the contract
- Develop a good working relationship with Clientsto include liaising with the Customer to ensure understanding of the Customer's expectations.
- Ensure allocation of correct manpower to the project to meet with requirements.
- Manage a project through the Handover, Design, Procurement, Fabrication, Delivery, Installation, and aftercare phases.
- Liaise with Procurement team to order all project materials as required for each stage of the project whilst also tracking delivery status and quality on arrival to workshop.
- Ensure that all travel and logistical arrangements are sufficient for delivery to be as per the Clients' requirements
- Manage all Contractual variances to include adequate recording of variances and obtaining agreement on price by liaising with the relevant Company personnel
- Identify Site Labour in conjunction with the relevant company personnel contracts
- Manage the performance of Deluxe subcontractors to ensure the highest quality output of work at all times.
- Full management of Subcontractors from inception to completion, in relation to their design, programme, supply, delivery and installation all in accordance with the agreed terms.
- Work with the Workshop Team and other relevant departments throughout the whole project to scope out a realistic programme for contract delivery and ensure that the programme is adhered by all relevant personnel
- Provide informative and accurate reports on progress to your Manager on request.
- Dealing with any issues and/or complaints in an efficient and effective manner.
