Project Manager - 55k - Belfast City Centre

VANRATH is excited to assist a leading Textiles Company in their search for a Projects Operations Manager to join their expanding and innovative team in Belfast.

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000, Based on Experience + Attractive Benefits Package

Hours: Monday - Thursday 08:00 - 16:00, Friday 08:00 - 15:00

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee a diverse portfolio of business projects as needed.
- Supervise maintenance teams and manage engineering initiatives.
- Lead the company's asset management strategy and capital projects.
- Play a key role in the Senior Management Team.
- Handle relationships with key external contractors and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Oversee the quality management system, ensuring adherence to ISO standards.
- Coordinate with government agencies to maintain compliance and address any issues.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the company.

Essential Criteria:

- Minimum of 2 years' experience as an Operations Manager.
- Strong commercial acumen.
- Proven track record in driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Experience with ISO audits and compliance.

Desirable:

- Background in the Textiles or Manufacturing sector.
- Experience in engineering project management.
- Familiarity with regulatory bodies and compliance requirements.
