VANRATH are recruiting a Project Manager to work on key civil and MEICA projects

Overview of Role:
- Coordinating and reviewing design both civil and MEICA design
- Liaison with the Client and attendance at design and progress meeting
- Chairing meetings
- Attendance at workshops
- Arranging surveys and trial holes/ boreholes as necessary
- Preparing reports for the Client such as build reviews
- Identifying and recording project risks
- Producing programmes
- Coordinating the construction price
- Arranging for temporary works design
- Liaison with the construction team including handover of design, risks, proposed construction methods etc.
The Ideal Person:
- A degree in Civil Engineering or other industry related qualification.
- At least 5 years previous experience in a similar role, ideally within the wider civils sector
- Excellent numeracy skills and proficient in the use of Outlook and Excel.
