The Role:

As Project Support Administrator, you'll play a vital role in coordinating service delivery, ensuring projects run smoothly from start to finish. You'll work closely with field teams, manage client communication, and support wider operations through hands-on admin and scheduling.


Core Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily service schedules and assign field engineers to jobs efficiently

  • Monitor project timelines and flag any delays or challenges to relevant teams

  • Respond to client queries via phone and email, delivering a first-class service experience

  • Record and track service calls, from logging through to completion

  • Maintain project records for compliance, invoicing, and performance reporting

  • Support departmental reporting by helping track service KPIs and contract performance

  • Provide general administrative support including document control and team coordination

  • Identify and escalate any resourcing or scheduling bottlenecks

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth cover during leave or peak periods


About You:

  • Experience in administration, coordination or customer support roles

  • Excellent communication skills - confident, clear, and professional

  • Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and time management

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office - particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, service-driven environment

  • Positive, can-do attitude with the ability to adapt quickly to change
