What you'll do
- Leading a team in various aspects of production, including training, Health & Safety, cleanliness, quality, performance evaluations, projects, and disciplinary actions;
- Overseeing daily production to meet targets and schedules;
- Ensuring that all products meet quality standards and specifications through effective quality control measures and adherence to company quality procedures;
- Identifying and resolving production issues promptly, working collaboratively with other departments as needed to find solutions;
- Maintaining accurate production records, reports, and documentation as required by company policies and regulatory requirements;
- Having ability to work flexible hours and shifts as required to meet production demands and support business needs.
About you
- At least 2+ years experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a manufacturing environment
- Possess strong IT proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Excel;
- Have a solid technical expertise and a proactive, practical approach to tasks;
- Showcase a proven track record of planning, scheduling, and monitoring performance;
- Demonstrate outstanding communication, interpersonal, and reporting abilities.
