Vanrath are recruiting for Production Team Leaders for our FMCG client based in Comber, Newtownards.
Reporting to the Department Manager you will be responsible for

  • Team rotas
  • Starting lines
  • Reporting downtime
  • Delivering production plans
  • Implementing continuous improvement
  • Managing your team's performance
  • Running team huddles
  • Taking disciplinary action at an informal level
  • Production paperwork
  • Assessing training needs


You will work a total of 45 hours per week Monday - Friday with 1 Saturday every 3 weeks as part of rota. Start time for work will be 6am.
We are looking for Team Lead experience, preferably within a food environment but not essential.
