This will be based in the Company's Office in Campsie - Monday - Friday - Permanent Role

Salary:

Responsibilities:

  • Reporting directly to the Production Manager, the supervisor is responsible for ensuring a smooth flow of production through the manufacturing line to meet the weekly production targets in the most effective manner

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Controlling and managing the day to day production levels on the shop floor, to ensure that the targets are achieved. To ensure relevant parts are available in a timely manner.
  • To ensure that the highest quality of product is maintained.
  • To attend and organise the daily and weekly production meetings.
  • To manage the manufacturing team on a daily basis in terms of labour, work instruction, attendance management and any disciplinary and grievance issues that may arise.
  • To promote health & safety within the work place.
  • To ensure the line is run in accordance with lean manufacturing practices and principals.
  • To carry out any other reasonable duties that may be required from time to time.
  • Ensure compliance to all general site Rules, Regulations and Policies.
