Our client is a bespoke manufacturer of high-quality vehicles within the equestrian, commercial and leisure vehicle markets. They are going through considerable growth at the minute and now have the need for a Production Supervisor. With this being a small to medium sized local business, there is a real family business feeling with everyone pulling together to get projects complete. About your next role As part of the continued growth within the business, our client now has a need for a Production Supervisor. About you

• 3 years' experience in a production supervisory role
• Health & safety experience including completion of audits, monitoring of corrective actions and delivering toolbox talks
• People management experience
• ISO9001 standard experience
• 3rd level qualification (Desirable)
• Lean manufacturing qualification (Desirable)
• ILM qualification (Desirable)

What you'll do

• Management of all production activities across the business
• Keep track of production schedules and ensure they are being followed
• Organising all levels of production
• Support the team and be part of all aspects of operations
• Conduct daily line side meetings
• Quality control
