Location: Warrenpoint (Permanent Position)
Shift: Night Shift

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prioritize staff welfare and food safety in all decision-making processes.
  • Ensure the timely and complete production of all customer orders for frozen and chilled products during the night shift.
  • Manage the night shift production teams, ensuring that all rotas and shifts are filled with well-trained staff who have clear roles and responsibilities.
  • Oversee the correct usage and portioning of ingredients and packaging to meet product specifications.
  • Support stock control and variance management, including yield and waste management.
  • Ensure production labor costs and line efficiencies align with cost standards.
  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) for the production department to contribute to overall business goals.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams in a food production environment.
  • Strong background in effective production management.
  • Demonstrated success in project management.
