The Ideal Person

If you've 3+ years' experience working in a Technical Support/ Information Security/ Cloud Services environment and you're looking for an exciting new opportunity:

  • Experience/Understanding of networking e.g. TCP/IP, HTTP etc
  • Good Knowledge and experience of Linux
  • Knowledge and understanding of databases including Oracle, MSSQL or similar technologies.


  • Knowledge/Experience of SQL
  • Knowledge of programming
  • Scripting ability, e.g. Python/Bash
  • AWS, GCP, Azure or cloud computing platform experience


As a Product Support Engineer, you will:

  • Diagnose and investigate complex technical problems, identify root cause and provide effective solutions.
  • Manage critical and high visibility customer issues
  • Act as a subject matter expert for customers in security
  • Work directly with product development to resolve issues in the field.
