This is a full-time, permanent position based at their Dungannon office, operating Monday to Friday with no weekend work required.

Role Overview:
As a Procurement Specialist, you'll take responsibility for sourcing and purchasing materials and plant equipment across the UK and Ireland. Reporting to the Procurement Manager, you'll work closely with internal teams to support project delivery through cost-effective and timely procurement strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the procurement of materials, plant, and subcontractors in line with project timelines, budget, and quality expectations
Prepare and issue clear, detailed enquiry packages aligned with construction schedules
Analyse supplier quotations, benchmark against budget, and place orders with the best-value suppliers
Approve supplier invoices for payment, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate
Maintain up-to-date market knowledge, identifying new vendors and opportunities for value engineering
Support the tendering process by contributing to pre and post-tender procurement activities
Assist site teams with timely access to materials, specifications, and supplier coordination throughout project delivery
What You'll Need:
A degree or higher-level qualification in a relevant discipline (Construction, Supply Chain, Business, etc.)
Solid understanding of construction materials and supplier networks
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a buying or procurement role within the construction industry
