VANRATH are supporting our client's search for a Procurement Compliance Manager to support and lead their team on a permanent basis.

If you have over 3 years' experience of developing and successfully implementing procurement policies and procedures within a large and complex
organisation, along with strong project management and statistical reporting skills, we would love to hear from you!

Summary:
The post holder will lead on the client's strategic approach to compliance with all relevant UK legislation and NI public procurement policy. In doing so, taking account of best practice in procurement management, the post holder will provide dedicated professional expertise in strategic direction, policy development and compliance with key governance requirements.

Candidate profile:

  • Minimum of HNC/HND or equivalent in a relevant subject (CIPS desirable).
  • Minimum of three years' relevant experience in a large and complex organisation.
  • Practical experience and sound working knowledge of the Utilities Contracts Regulations 2016 or the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.
  • Ability to analyse and interpret large volumes data for statistical analysis and reporting.
  • Strong project management analytical skills with the ability to immediately and successfully identify and address problems.

  • Ability to constructively challenge others internally and externally at all levels.
