My client is a global technology company that specializes in designing and manufacturing infrastructure solutions for communication networks. They provide a wide range of products and services related to wired and wireless networking. They play a crucial role in enabling reliable and efficient communication services worldwide.
They are seeking a Principal Technical Support Engineer for their network division. In collaboration with their trusted partners, they empower customers to deliver exceptional experiences. As part of our Venue and Campus segment, you'll focus on complex network connectivity solutions.
This is a fully remote role. Your critical problem-solving skills, combined with profound wireless technical expertise, will play a vital role in restoring services and providing issue resolution. You'll engage closely with customers, field teams, and management, ensuring excellent communication throughout.
You'll also be responsible for replicating customer-reported issues in a lab environment, collaborating with engineering on defects, and proactively assisting customers with upcoming changes.
