We are recruiting a Practitioner Psychologist for the Forensic Child & Adolescent Mental Health Service.
You'll be part of the multidisciplinary team of specialist mental health professionals in Forensic CAMHS. The service provides a range of services including consultations, assessments and interventions in line with assessed risk and care planning, appropriate to the child or young person's needs and in collaboration with the young person's local multi-disciplinary/multiagency teams.
You will work within the established effective links with other teams / services in providing support to children and young people within the province of Northern Ireland. The role will focus on the forensic mental health assessment, risk and treatment / intervention with children and young people directly and via consultation with local CAMHS, Youth Justice Agency and Social Services including the Regional Children's Services of Lakewood, Beechcroft, Iveagh and Woodlands.
