This is a permanent, full-time position, with standard Monday to Friday working hours.

Key Duties:

The Business Manager, Transactions - EMEA+, will oversee the business operations of the Transactions Practice Group across the EMEA+ region, with a focus on improving practice performance and supporting decision-making in line with both the global practice strategy and the firm's overall objectives.

  • Collaborate closely with the practice group leaders and heads to manage the financial performance of the practice.
  • Prepare business cases, demonstrating a deep understanding of the team's functions, challenges, and goals.
  • Evaluate financial data to highlight key trends and insights, going beyond mere analysis to drive informed decisions.
  • Work alongside HR and business development teams to ensure strategic alignment and operational efficiency.
  • Develop and present in-depth reports that provide valuable insights to senior leadership and guide business decisions.

The Right Candidate:

  • Solid experience in a similar business management or leadership role.
  • A strong professional background within a global environment, ideally within the professional services industry.
