Practice Manager, early finish Fridays

The Role

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Practice Manager to join the leadership team. This is a key role, responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the practice. The successful candidate will streamline operations, implement efficient processes, and ensure the team can focus on delivering exceptional service to clients.

What you will do:

• Oversee and manage daily operations of the practice, ensuring efficiency across all functions.
• Implement and refine processes to improve workflows, compliance, and client experience.
• Act as the main point of contact for internal staff, ensuring a supportive and productive environment.
• Work closely with Partners to develop and deliver strategic initiatives.
• Manage HR functions, including recruitment, training, and staff development.
• Take responsibility for facilities, IT systems, and practice management software.
• Support financial planning and budgeting for the practice.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to best practice standards.

What we're looking for:

• Previous experience in a practice management, operations, or senior administrative role, ideally within professional services.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to streamline and improve processes.
• Excellent interpersonal skills - able to support, motivate and develop staff.
• Commercial awareness with a proactive, solutions-driven mindset.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with practice management systems.
• Highly professional, discreet, and confident in a client-facing environment.
