PPM Administrator (Working from Home)

VANRATH are delighted to be assisting a major energy company with the recruitment of multiple PPM Administrators. This company places great value on their staff.

The role will be Working from Home. Down the line there is potential that this role will involve a couple days in the Belfast City Centre each week.

This is a full-time post Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm. This role will initially run for 12 months with a high likelihood of being made permanent.

Remuneration

£10.71 per hour + Great Additional Benefits & Perks

Responsibilities:

The PPM Administrator will be working as part of the Collections & PPM team.

  • Action billing reports and provide general administrative assistance including data input within the customer billing function
  • Maintain a high level of attention to details and focus on quality when capturing and inputting information
  • To work towards set targets as part of a team using established guidelines, procedures, and processes
  • Reviewing and actioning internal basic queries from other departments within the business
  • Providing telephone support when required
  • Provide project and admin support throughout the Operations Team as required to ensure regulatory compliance and that deadlines are met.
  • Tasks as directed by line management.

The Ideal Person:

Essential:

  • A Minimum of 12 months previous Administration Experience
  • Excel experience (Excel is key part of this role)

Desirable:

  • To be organised and ability to use own initiative
  • Having a banking background or people who have done a process driven administration role that requires a high attention of detail and working with numbers
  • Have exceptional attention to detail
  • Be customer and quality focused, passionate about always delivering excellent customer services
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with problem solving ability
  • Good team player
  • Positive attitude
