Property Managers (x2) - Belfast
We are recruiting on behalf of a growing property company in Belfast for two Property Managers. The business has recently gone through an acquisition and is expanding its team as a result.
Salary & Benefits
- £30,000 - £35,000 basic salary plus bonus
- Performance-related incentives
- Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm
- Flexible working available after probation
The Company
Our client is an established property management firm based in central Belfast. They are currently in a period of growth and are looking to strengthen their team to support an increasing portfolio. The environment is professional, busy, and team-focused.
About You
- Minimum 1 year's experience in property management, lettings or property sales
- Strong organisational skills and able to manage a varied workload
- Practical and solutions-focused approach
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Professional manner when dealing with clients and contractors
- Full UK driving licence
The Role
- Managing a portfolio of residential properties
- Overseeing tenancies from move-in through to move-out
- Coordinating maintenance and repairs with contractors
- Acting as a point of contact for landlords and tenants
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance
- Working towards agreed targets and service standards
