VANRATH are recruiting a Plumber to work on Social Housing Maintenance projects for a leading Building Contractor, covering properties in Derry.

Remuneration:
£27,000 - £29,000 + van / fuel card / benefits

Client:
Our client is a leading Building Contractor that specialise in Social Housing Maintenance contracts, delivering planned and responsive maintenance projects throughout Northern Ireland. The company have a great reputation for providing a fully committed and quality focused service.

The Role:

• Working as a Reactive Maintenance Plumber
• Diagnosing problems that might occur in social housing properties
• Sanitation and plumbing services
• Replacing burst pipes
• Fitting bathrooms, new taps and checking for leaks
• Working to deliver a high standard of work

The Ideal Person:

• NVQ level 3 required or relevant experience
• Previous experience working on Maintenance Contracts is ideal
• Valid CSR Card
• Drivers licence essential as travel is required
• Excellent communication and team working skills required
• Must be proficient at fault finding
• Ability to complete projects on time
• Able to use own initiative and to work as part of a team player in a busy environment
• Willing to undertake all necessary training
