VANRATH are recruiting a Plasterer to work on Social Housing projects for a large, leading Construction Company in Belfast, Northern Ireland.

Remuneration:
£15 per hour + van / fuel / package

Responsibilities:

  • Complete high quality repairs, maintenance and refurbishment works and deliver high levels of customer service on a daily basis
  • Complete Plastering and works in domestic properties
  • Adhere to all Company values, policies and procedures
  • Work effectively and positively with the client, customers and stakeholders on a daily basis
  • Effectively and proactively assist in supporting the team to achieve KPI's
  • Work with all teams and departments within the Company to ensure the delivery of excellent services


The Ideal Person:

  • Time served Plasterer
  • Valid CSR card
  • Relevant on-site experience in similar role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to demonstrate good teamwork values
  • Full driving license
