Job Description

We are currently representing a reputable construction company specialising in social housing projects in the Coleraine area. Our client is seeking an experienced Plasterer to join their team and contribute to the successful delivery of ongoing projects.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that social housing properties are maintained to high standards, providing safe and comfortable living environments for residents.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform plastering tasks such as wall and ceiling repairs, installations, and refinishing.
- Prepare surfaces by removing old plaster, filling cracks, and applying appropriate coatings.
- Ensure accurate measurements, precise levelling, and smooth application of plaster materials.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and deliver exceptional results.
- Adhere to safety regulations and maintain a clean working environment.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a plasterer, demonstrating proficiency in a variety of plastering techniques.
- Sound knowledge of plastering tools, materials, and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to achieve flawless finishes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet project requirements.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely completion of assignments.

Salary - £24,000

Monday - Friday 8:30 - 16:30
