About the Role

We are recruiting Plasterers on behalf of a public sector client to support maintenance and refurbishment works across occupied properties and community facilities. The role focuses on delivering high-quality finishes while working safely and considerately in live environments.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Carry out plastering, patching, and surface preparation works

• Repair damaged walls and ceilings following maintenance or installation works

• Apply finishes to a high standard, including skimming and rendering

• Work in occupied buildings with minimal disruption to users

• Follow health & safety procedures and maintain clean working areas

• Coordinate with other trades and supervisors as required

• Complete job records and identify any additional repair needs

Candidate Requirements

• NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Plastering or relevant trade experience

• Proven experience in maintenance or refurbishment environments

• High standard of workmanship and attention to detail

• Reliable, punctual, and able to manage workload effectively

• Full UK driving licence preferred

• Access NI
