About the Role
We are recruiting Plasterers on behalf of a public sector client to support maintenance and refurbishment works across occupied properties and community facilities. The role focuses on delivering high-quality finishes while working safely and considerately in live environments.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Carry out plastering, patching, and surface preparation works
Repair damaged walls and ceilings following maintenance or installation works
Apply finishes to a high standard, including skimming and rendering
Work in occupied buildings with minimal disruption to users
Follow health & safety procedures and maintain clean working areas
Coordinate with other trades and supervisors as required
Complete job records and identify any additional repair needs
Candidate Requirements
NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Plastering or relevant trade experience
Proven experience in maintenance or refurbishment environments
High standard of workmanship and attention to detail
Reliable, punctual, and able to manage workload effectively
Full UK driving licence preferred
