Are you looking for a Planning (Cost) Manager- Public Sector role? Interested in working for an organisation renowned for delivering Project Management Services and Procurement Expertise on Water & Wastewater, Leisure, Health and Building Projects?

VANRATH are recruiting a Planning (Cost) Manager- Public Sector to join our Building team delivering a variety of exciting projects.


c£40,000, alongside excellent holiday entitlement.

The Ideal Person

  • Construction or Engineering Third level qualification
  • Broad experience in planning and/or delivery of construction/engineering projects
  • Experience in managing project costs or budgets
  • Experience in preparing/managing project schedules
  • Experience in MS Project software


  • Ensuring quality of project plans across the entire portfolio support confidence in critical milestones and spend profile
  • Engagement with project teams to ensure costs plans, including risk allowance, are effectively represented in the capital plan.
  • Progress and Performance reports
