About you
- Qualified solicitor with experience in planning law, environmental law, or related public/regulatory fields
- Skilled in legal drafting, strategic advice, and client communications
- Familiar with judicial reviews, court litigation, or administrative challenges will be advantageous
- Strong organisational skills with a proactive, commercial mindset
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
What you'll do
- Provide strategic legal guidance on planning, environmental, and administrative matters
- Support statutory bodies and private clients on compliance, enforcement, and decision-making responsibilities
- Lead or support judicial reviews, appeals, and other public law disputes
- Prepare court submissions, engage counsel, and represent clients at hearings
- Build trusted relationships through proactive client service and contribute to business development activities
