About you

  • Previous experience in an administrative or planning role
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Professional and proactive approach to work
  • Competent in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
  • Strong communication and coordination skills when dealing with multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to problem-solve and manage scheduling challenges in a fast-paced environment

What you'll do

  • Schedule and coordinate engineers' appointments using internal planning systems
  • Manage workflow to ensure tasks are completed within client timescales and KPIs
  • Optimise engineer routes to maximise productivity and efficiency
  • Process job variations and arrange follow-up appointments when required
  • Liaise with operatives, supervisors and customers to support smooth project delivery
  • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and maintain accurate administrative records
  • Ensure scheduling processes meet company quality standards and procedures
