Salary: £29,000 - £33,000 (DOE)

Act as right-hand support to the Head of Professional Conduct, managing a wide range of administrative tasks.
Oversee complex diary management and serve as the first point of contact for enquiries.
Support projects and sensitive assignments, including the preparation of reports, presentations, and data analysis.
Coordinate and administer Committees: scheduling, preparing agendas, taking minutes, booking venues, managing expenses, and monitoring follow-up actions.
Maintain and streamline both digital and physical records.
Arrange and document senior-level internal and external meetings.
Organise travel plans and process expenses for senior leaders.
Manage CRM entries and ensure accurate, up-to-date reporting.
Prioritise busy inboxes, ensuring deadlines are met.
Assist with compliance matters including GDPR and ISO 9001:2015.
3-5+ years' experience as a PA, EA, or senior administrator within professional services or similar corporate environment.
Proven ability to handle confidential matters with tact and discretion.
Strong knowledge of online meeting tools (MS Teams, Zoom, GoToWebinar).
Confident in supporting senior projects, drafting documents, and meeting tight deadlines.
Experienced in creating agendas, managing committee papers, and coordinating logistics.
High level of organisation, accuracy, and attention to detail.
Skilled with CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics desirable).
Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
