The Role
Working closely with senior HR leaders and specialist teams, the People Programmes Manager will help shape, deliver, and evaluate people-related programmes aligned to the organisation's People Strategy. You will partner with stakeholders across the business, using data, insight and best practice to develop solutions that enhance engagement, experience and organisational performance.

About You

  • Knowledgeable in HR policy, employment law and employee relations.
  • Proactive, collaborative and comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
