Job: People & Culture Specialist (Part-Time)

VANRATH is partnering with a respected Belfast organisation to recruit a People & Culture Specialist. This varied role offers the opportunity to manage employee relations, lead recruitment, and contribute to policy development within a supportive and forward-thinking workplace.

About you
- CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent experience
- Solid knowledge of UK/NI employment law and HR best practices
- Proven experience managing end-to-end employee relations cases, recruitment, onboarding, and policy implementation
- Experience working with HR information systems
- Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to work independently, handle sensitive situations with professionalism, and balance multiple priorities
What you'll do
- Provide high-quality HR support, maintaining accurate employee data and delivering compliant documentation
- Manage recruitment processes from application through onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience
- Support payroll and benefits administration, resolving queries efficiently
- Develop, update, and communicate HR policies aligned with legal standards.
- Lead the implementation and management of the new Learning Management System (LMS) and coordinate employee training initiatives
- Produce HR reports and insights to inform decision-making and continuous improvement efforts
- Stay current on employment legislation and HR best practices to ensure organisation-wide compliance and consistency
