Client

A well established organisation based in Belfast are currently recruiting a Payroll Specialist to join them on an initial interim contract.

Working as part of the wider Payroll team and reporting to the Finance Director the successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of 3 Payroll Associates providing a professional, quality, effective and timely payroll service to the organisation.

The Ideal Person

If you've 2 years' + experience in a Payroll function;

  • Recognised payroll qualification (or 2 years' experience)
  • Manage a payroll function of 300+ employees
  • Excellent accuracy skills and attention to detail
  • Multi-Jurisdictional experience (desirable)


Responsibilities

As a Payroll Specialist you will:

  • Support wider payroll function
  • Be responsible for calculation and administration of the monthly payroll
  • Maintain and update payroll systems
  • Process pension information
