About you:
- Significant experience managing large or complex payroll systems
- Strong knowledge of local payroll regulations, especially PAYE
- Extensive experience with international payroll processing
- Experience collaborating with outsourced payroll providers
- Understanding of global mobility, relocations, and international payroll processes
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to develop and maintain strong professional relationships
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and Word
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
- Self-motivated with strong organisational skills
What you'll do:
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payrolls, including international components
- Support global mobility initiatives and international payroll queries
- Assist with reporting and projects involving international payroll data
- Maintain and verify employee data in Payroll systems and liaise with other departments as needed
- Contribute to payroll process improvements and compliance efforts
