About you:

  • Significant experience managing large or complex payroll systems
  • Strong knowledge of local payroll regulations, especially PAYE
  • Extensive experience with international payroll processing
  • Experience collaborating with outsourced payroll providers
  • Understanding of global mobility, relocations, and international payroll processes
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong professional relationships
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and Word
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
  • Self-motivated with strong organisational skills

What you'll do:

  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of payrolls, including international components
  • Support global mobility initiatives and international payroll queries
  • Assist with reporting and projects involving international payroll data
  • Maintain and verify employee data in Payroll systems and liaise with other departments as needed
  • Contribute to payroll process improvements and compliance efforts
