Payroll + Accounts Admin
Join a Belfast-based business as an Accounts Admin (leading payroll)- you'll take ownership of weekly payroll and support purchase ledger, with scope to broaden your role over time.

About you
Strong end-to-end payroll experience (weekly cycles)
Purchase Ledger experience with accounting software; comfortable with journal entries and nominal codes
Excellent Excel skills; high attention to detail; organised and deadline-driven; proactive team player
Desirable: Sage Payroll, CIS knowledge, experience in a construction environment, and NetSuite
What you'll do
Lead weekly payroll: gather inputs, process in Sage Payroll, post journals, and manage employee payments
Support Purchase Ledger: invoice entry/coding, payments, and supplier communications
Provide cover for month-end: supplier reconciliations and payment runs; general office/admin tasks as required
