The client is one of the leading organisations in the food sector in Northern Ireland, and are recruiting for a Payroll Officer position to join their team. You will join a team of 30+ managing weekly, fortnightly and monthly payroll for thousands of members of staff.
Essential Criteria
If you have 1 year working in a Payroll environment:
- Experience of operating weekly high volume payrolls in a fast-paced environment.
 - Understanding of payroll procedures/processes.
 - Proficient Microsoft Office skills especially Excel and relevant payroll packages
 - Meticulous attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data
 
As a Payroll Officer, you will be responsible for:
- Assist with preparation and processing of multi sites payrolls paying 2500+ employees.
 - Ensure accurate payslips are produced and distributed on a timely basis.
 - Assist with payroll reporting to meet internal and statutory obligations including Pensions.
 - Weekly RTI submissions.
