Payroll Officer (Belfast)

An exciting opportunity to join an established firm who are currently going through a phase of successful growth this is a newly created role. As the new payroll officer, you will be responsible for managing and implementing an in house payroll system.

What you'll do

  • Manage end to end payroll
  • Implement an in house payroll system
  • Weekly payroll reporting
  • Time sheet processing
  • Processing new starts and leavers, sickness, maternity and paternity leave payments
  • Enrolment in pension plans
  • Distributing forms such as P45, P60 and P11d
  • Processing PAYE deductions and sending payroll information to HM Revenue and Customs

About you

  • At least 2 years payroll experience
  • Desire to progress
  • Ability to assist the finance function
  • Excellent communication skills
