Payroll Manager

Are you an experienced Payroll Manager looking for new challenge? If so, this could be it. The Payroll Manager will be responsible for bi- weekly and monthly payrolls as well as managing the payroll team. An exciting opportunity offering a fantastic benefits package.

What you'll do

  • Processing the Bi-Weekly & Monthly payrolls
  • Overtime and Bonus payments calculations
  • Process new starts and leavers
  • Liaise with other departments, resolving pay related queries
  • BACS payments, journal postings
  • Reconciliation of Payroll Accounts
  • Support payroll audits
  • Prepare HMRC Returns and Payments
  • Produce management reports

About you

  • At least 3 years previous Payroll experience
  • Good knowledge of PAYE, NIC and Government returns
  • Proficient in the use MS Office Excel particularly Excel and Sage Payroll or similar system
  • General accounts experience
  • Ability to work to deadlines while maintaining a high standard
  • Strong knowledge of HMRC legislation
