What you'll do
​​​​​​​The Payroll Manager will be responsible for the following duties;

  • Manage payroll team managing performance, providing coaching, and developing colleagues
  • Carry out payroll for UK, ROI and international payrolls
  • 5+ years of managing a payroll team
  • Experience of working with payroll software packages
  • Driving process improvements
  • Maintain a full working understanding of organisations payroll procedures and other integrated business processes
  • Ensure appropriate controls are implemented to reduce risk of delays or errors

About you

The successful Payroll Manager should have:

  • At Least 2 years experience as a Payroll Manager
  • Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
  • Experience of working with payroll software packages and Time & Attendance software packages
  • Good organisational skills
  • Work under own initiative within a team environment
