Vanrath are partnering with a local firm seeking to take on board a Payroll Manager into their team. This role is ideally suited to a payroll professional seeking to move into a growing team in Belfast.
The ideal individual will be someone with an extensive payroll background, ideally in another practice with experience dealing with a variety of payroll scenarios. This role is perfect for an individual with this background seeking to make their move into management.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a payroll environment providing project support.
- Working knowledge of payroll legislation procedures within the UK
- Good verbal and written communication
- Attention to detail
Desirable
- Relevant Payroll certification - CIPP
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel Vlookups, Pivot Tables for large volumes of data
- Experience in payroll implementation and/or payroll-related projects
- Working knowledge of international payroll legislation procedures
- Experience in a professional services environment
