About you

If you are an experienced Payroll Clerk and are available to join a worldwide business to assist during a busy period the following would be suitable qualities:

  • Proven work experience as a Payroll Clerk or in a similar role.
  • Sound knowledge of payroll principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Proficiency in payroll software and MS Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work with confidential information.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

What you'll do

As a Payroll Clerk you will:

  • Process and maintain accurate records of employee wages, salaries, bonuses, and deductions.
  • Calculate and verify payroll data, including hours worked, overtime, and leave balances.
  • Prepare and distribute paychecks or direct deposit payments to employees.
  • Address and resolve employee inquiries regarding payroll matters.
  • Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll.
  • Assist in reconciling payroll accounts and preparing related reports.
  • Stay updated on payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive payroll information.
