Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with accurate, timely payroll processing for employees
  • Maintain and update employee records (new starters, leavers, changes)
  • Help calculate holiday pay, overtime, and other entitlements
  • Produce payslips and assist with basic payroll queries
  • Support compliance with internal procedures and legal requirements
  • Work closely with HR and Finance teams to ensure data accuracy

About You

  • A strong interest in payroll, HR or finance
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Confident using Microsoft Excel and Office
  • Organised, with good time management skills
  • Professional, discreet, and able to handle confidential data
  • Eager to learn, proactive, and a strong team player
  • A relevant qualification (e.g. diploma or degree in business or finance) is preferred but not essential
