About you

  • Degree (Level 6) or equivalent and at least 1 year's experience in a customer support environment, or
  • BTEC Higher Cert/Diploma (Level 5) in Housing and 1 year's experience, or
  • Equivalent professional development and 3 years' relevant experience
  • Proven background in delivering excellent customer service
  • Ability to manage and prioritise a varied and demanding workload
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with confidence in handling challenging situations
  • Full current driving licence or access to suitable transport

What you'll do

  • Deliver a customer-focused housing management service within your allocated area ("patch")
  • Manage tenancies from commencement through to termination, ensuring compliance and sustainability
  • Support tenants to maintain their homes and resolve issues such as rent arrears, anti-social behaviour, or tenancy concerns
  • Liaise with contractors and other agencies to ensure estates and properties are maintained to a high standard
  • Promote community involvement and cohesion by engaging with residents, local partners, and support organisations
  • Contribute to planned maintenance and redevelopment projects through consultation and coordination
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring all activity complies with organisational policy and governance frameworks
