Parts Advisor (Mallusk)

VANRATH have partnered with one of Northern Ireland's most established Dealerships. The organisation is recruiting a Parts Sales Advisor position.

This is a fantastic opportunity for any experienced individual to join a longstanding company that offers many routes for progression.

Permanent role.

Place of work is Mallusk

Hours

Monday - Thursday 8.30am - 4.45pm

Friday 8.30am - 5pm

(some Saturday overtime working when competent [this will be on a rotational basis] - 8.30am-12.30pm payable at 1.5x hourly salary rates)

Salary

£13.15 an hour / £26,668 per year + profit share + 1.5x overtime (39 hours weekly) + Uniform, development programme, profit share scheme, growing annual leave, birthday gift, death in service

Responsibilities:

• Identifying and sourcing vehicle parts, processing orders in a timely and accurate manner
• To handle all customers/prospective customers in a prompt, helpful and efficient manner both on the telephone and in person representative of the brand
• Communicating effectively with customers, giving product advice along with promotions and offers
• Locate unavailable items from other suppliers and arrange for delivery
• Upsell products and vehicle parts accessories
• Check deliveries of stock against delivery notes and record any discrepancies
• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and assist in stock management Assist with stock management and with general parts department duties
• Process orders and handle transactions efficiently for our inhouse team

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience within a similar position (franchised dealership highly desired)
• Ability to prove and demonstrate your experience in the provision of high levels of customer satisfaction
• Excellent organisation and time management skills
• Full valid UK driving license

Desired:

• Use of Kerridge/CDK/dealer management systems.
